Demeter/Organic Gold of Pleasure Oil
Gold of Pleasure is a more rare member of the crucifer family. Through the cold-pressing process the seed renders an asparagus/pea-tasting oil. Although gold of pleasure oil does not quite rival the omega 3 value of linseed oil, it displays a more well-rounded taste. It is not stable at high temperatures and is therefore only suited for cold dishes such as breakfast cereals. Perfect also for ingestion in its pure state.
